"Cool store, but I had to raise a couple of issues"
I popped into the ISHKA store over the weekend it’s a nice place to wander around. There’s heaps of interesting stuff and the whole vibe is relaxed, but I did feel like a few items were priced a bit high for what they were, which was a little disappointing.
The staff were friendly when they got to me, but I was left waiting at the counter long enough that I ended up mentioning it before I left. It wasn’t a huge drama, but it did take the shine off the visit a bit. I’d still drop in if I was nearby, though I probably wouldn’t go out of my way or do a big shop there unless things improved.

"Good quality and fits the vibe nicely"
I ordered a couple of home decor pieces from Ishka, they turned out better than I expected. I always notice little patterns in quality when I buy this kind of stuff, like how the finish looks, whether it feels flimsy, and if it actually pulls a room together. These pieces checked most of those boxes. One had a tiny mark on it, but it was small enough that I’m not fussed. Overall, it feels sturdy, looks really nice in the space, and I’d happily buy from them again.

"Good range and easy to shop"
I had a good experience browsing ishka.com.au. A few of the things I actually had my eye on were in stock, which is always a nice surprise because that’s not the case with every homewares site.
I ordered a few bits for around the house and found there was a decent amount of choice without it feeling overwhelming. Checkout was straightforward too. If you’re looking, I’d say have a browse with a rough idea of what you want, because it’s easy to find some nice pieces without spending ages searching.

"Checkout left me frustrated"
I tried ordering a few things from ishka.com.au, but the checkout process was stressful. It kept lagging, and when my payment didn’t go through the first time, I had to enter everything again. For a while I was worried I might’ve been charged twice, which made the whole thing feel way more annoying than it needed to be. The order did eventually go through, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth or reassuring. I’d probably hesitate before ordering again.

"Using the site today was really frustrating"
I just tried using the website recently, so maybe it’s fresh in my mind, but it was a pain. Pages were lagging, my filters kept resetting, and checkout glitched on me more than once. Not a great experience.

"Not what the photos made it look like"
I ordered this because the pictures looked really nice, so I don’t think I was expecting too much here. But what showed up just looked a lot cheaper in person, and the colors weren’t the same as the photos. The description also made it sound like the quality would be better than it actually was. I’m disappointed, and I definitely wouldn’t rely on the pictures if I were ordering again

"Delivery was slower than I expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but I found the delivery process frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was, and it ended up arriving later than expected.

"Helpful customer service, but hoping for a little goodwill"
I had to reach out to ishka.com.au because I wasn’t really sure what was going on with my delivery. To be fair, customer service replied quickly and explained everything in a clear way, which I appreciated. The order did take longer than I was expecting though, so I’m hoping they might offer a small refund, credit, or something as a goodwill gesture. Overall, they were polite and did sort it out, so I’m reasonably happy with the support.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I was a little unsure at first because I don’t return stuff very often, and I figured it might turn into one of those back-and-forth things. But after I sent the item back and waited a bit, everything moved along without much hassle. The refund actually showed up sooner than I expected, so in the end it was a easy return and I was happy with how it went.

"My order showed up quickly..."
My order showed up quickly, so that part was fine, but one of the items wasn’t what I actually chose. I emailed customer service and it took a bit longer than I expected to get it sorted out. It was annoying because I’d picked that specific item for a reason, and when I’m spending my money, I don’t really want a random replacement
